v1.4.1 — August 14, 2026

Your logbook shows your hours even before a supervisor is on the track, and twin license tracks now tell themselves apart.

If your track holds hours but no supervisor yet — the common shape right after migrating in — the logbook now lists your entries instead of hiding them behind the add-a-supervisor prompt. The prompt is now a banner above the list, and it goes away the moment you add a supervisor.
Nothing about logging changed: new entries still wait for a supervisor on the track, importing works exactly as before, and tracks that already have supervisors look exactly the same.
If you keep two tracks for the same license — say, two Massachusetts LMHC tracks — the switcher now tells them apart: each shows the date you added it (with a counter if you added two the same day).
Signing in on a new device now always lands you on your oldest track. Which track that was no longer depends on chance for accounts whose tracks were migrated in together.

Oregon is here: LPC and Registered Associate renewals, built on the board's newly adopted rules.

Oregon LPC renewal opens: 40 clock hours per 24-month cycle ending in your birth month, with the board's topic minimums (6 hours ethics and Oregon law, 4 cultural competency, 2 suicide risk assessment), the 20-hour publications-and-presentations pool, the 10-hour leadership-and-supervision pool, and academic credit at 15 hours per semester credit or 10 per quarter credit.
We waited for the board on purpose. Oregon's CE rules were mid-rewrite, so rather than ship text about to change, MyPath held Oregon until the board's adopted order (BLPCT 3-2026, effective August 12, 2026) was filed — and encodes the adopted text from day one: quarter-hour credit increments, the codified non-qualifying list, per-method documentation, and the new audit response schedule.
The proposed 20-hour cap on home study was not adopted: home study stays uncapped in Oregon, and the credential's rule notes say so plainly.
Oregon Registered Associates are tracked too: annual registration renewal with no CE requirement (the board really requires none — MyPath says zero rather than guessing), with the annual supervision-report renewal step noted on the card.
On the licensure side, the watch flag on Oregon's pending rulemaking resolved: plan-effective-on-approval now cites its codified home, and the pathway notes carry the board's reshaped remedial-action rule and the new plan-change timing rule. Every hour requirement survived the amendment unchanged.

Your supervisor can now have their own MyPath account and see the hours you attribute to them, in one dashboard.

Supervision accounts are here. A supervisor you work with can create a free MyPath account and link to you, then open one dashboard showing the hours you have attributed to them: weekly individual supervision, group supervision, and direct-contact totals, alongside your license track and the date of your most recent entry. Never your notes, never your activities, and never hours you logged under anyone else.
Linking runs both ways and always takes both people. Either of you starts it, from the new Supervision page: you hand over your link code, or your supervisor hands over theirs, and the other person approves. A link code only lets someone ask; the approval is always yours. The review-request email supervisors already receive now also carries a create-your-account path for anyone who would rather have the dashboard.
You choose which of your supervisor records the account is. When you approve a link you pick the supervisor on your roster it belongs to, one or several across tracks, so the right hours count toward it. You can revisit that mapping whenever you like.
Unlinking is immediate, quiet, and available to either side. Access ends the moment either of you unlinks, no email goes out, and any reviews your supervisor already confirmed stay on your record and in your PDF export.
Privacy is unchanged by design. A linked supervisor sees only the weekly totals you attribute to them, exactly what a review link already shows, and nothing more. Supervision accounts are free, and they change nothing for supervisors who prefer the no-account review link.

Supervision you provide can now earn credit where boards allow it, and Massachusetts' amended licensure rules are in.

AASECT certifications now credit three more of the board's alternative methods: supervision received from an AASECT Certified Supervisor, supervision provided to certification candidates (for Certified Supervisors), and training programs you present, each at the board's own caps — and the 15-credit ceiling across alternative methods is now enforced, not just noted.
Colorado LPC and LPCC candidate renewals now credit mentoring and provided supervision into their shared 20-PDH pool.
"Supervision provided (to supervisees)" is a new activity type when logging CE. Where a credential's rules don't recognize provided supervision, MyPath suggests no credit rather than guessing — the same honest posture collaboration hours already had.
Credit suggestions on AASECT got more accurate: alternative-method activities (books, publications, volunteering, teaching tools) are no longer halved and capped under the non-AASECT CE rule, which applies to CE courses only.
Massachusetts LMHC: 262 CMR 2.00 was amended effective July 31, 2026, and the licensure pathway now carries the amended text — the Approved Supervisor definition's new three-route structure, the Contract Supervisor's site-staff role, and new reference notes on the Supervised Mental Health Counselor license tier, licensure by reciprocity, and the legally protected health care provision (262 CMR 2.09). Every hour requirement survived the amendment unchanged; the verification stamp moved to August 5, 2026.
New Hampshire: the jurisprudence examination (Mhp 311.01) now appears in the licensure requirements checklist beside the NCMHCE, and NH renewal no longer treats rebroadcast delivery as home study — the readopted rules no longer name the format.
Riding along from early-August data corrections, noted here for the record: AASECT renewal dates now follow the board-printed expiration on your certificate (add or edit the credential to record it; dates compute once it's entered), and the board-rule notes on NBCC, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire credential cards gained precision text verified against primary sources.

New Hampshire renewal dates now match the board's own records.

NH clinical mental health counselor renewal cycles now end on the two-year anniversary of issuance itself, not the last day of that month: computed expirations move earlier by up to 30 days, matching OPLC's verification records to the day.
Precision fixes to the national certifications ride along: NBCC's yearly fee-and-form renewal layer is now recorded beside the unchanged five-year CE cycle, and AASECT's non-AASECT CE now caps at 5 credits per method.

Renewal covers the fleet: 48 states, DC, and Puerto Rico.

Credential and CE tracking now spans counselor licenses in 48 states plus Washington, DC and Puerto Rico, up from three states at the module's launch. Pick your state when adding a credential and MyPath sets up the cycle from your board's own published rules: cycle length and anchor, deadline math, carryover, and category rules, every ruleset verified against primary sources and cited on the card.
National certifications joined this week: NBCC's NCC, CCMHC, and NCSC, and AASECT certifications, each with its own cycle and hour requirements.
Two states and two associate credentials are still on the way, labeled honestly rather than guessed at: Montana and Oregon are pending their boards' current rule publications, and Connecticut's PCA and Pennsylvania's LAPC arrive once their hour totals verify.
Fine-grained credit suggestions grow over the coming days: hour totals, deadlines, and cycle math are live everywhere today, while some board-specific activity categories begin suggesting credit as their matching lands.

MyPathToLicensure is now the Licensure module of MyPath.

One platform for the whole counseling career arc: that has been the plan since the beginning, and today it becomes real. MyPathToLicensure now lives at mypathapps.com, with Renewal (CE and credential tracking) live on the same account from day one, starting with Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, and Graduation (practicum and internship hours) joining later this year.

What moved

The address. mypathtolicensure.app forwards here automatically, bookmarks included, and supervisor review links that were already emailed keep working.
Nothing else. Every hour, supervisor, review, and setting came across exactly as it was, and the beta promise (accounts created during the beta stay free) came with it.

What you'll notice

One fresh sign-in at the new address. Google reconnects with a click; email links work as before.
New navigation for the suite: Licensure and Renewal, both live today on one account.

Behind the scenes

A single-wave migration with every ID preserved, rehearsed on staging before it was announced, and verified by row counts and per-user hour totals before the switch was flipped.

Groundwork for the Renewal module, with nothing visible today.

The engine behind MyPathToRenewal — CE credit math, credential cycles, board rulesets for Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, the certificate vault, and the CE audit exports — has been rebuilt inside the platform. It ships switched off: the Renewal card still reads Coming soon, and nothing about the app changes until the module opens.
For beta testers: MyPathToRenewal itself closes August 1 as announced, and Renewal returns here, on the same account as Licensure. Watch for a note when the doors open.

The Licensure module carries the last two legacy releases across, so the cutover moves one schema.

Colorado LMFT tracks now compute the couples-and-families floor. Colorado requires 1,000 of your 1,500 direct client contact hours to be with couples and families (4 CCR 736-1.14.C.4.b). Your weekly log has a couples-and-families field within direct hours, your Overview shows classified progress against the 1,000, and your PDF and CSV exports carry the column. Individual sessions count when they further ongoing relational work (736-1.14.C.4.d); that judgment stays with you and your supervisor, so the field is yours to fill, not guessed at.
Earlier weeks are yours to classify, never assumed. Weeks logged before relational tracking and imported weeks show as unclassified: they count neither toward nor against the floor, and the Overview quietly notes how many direct hours are waiting whenever there are some. Edit any week in the Logbook to classify it, including a legitimate zero.
Vermont (LCMHC) is fully supported. Compliance tracking built for Vermont's actual requirements: 3,000 hours of supervised practice over no less than two years post-master's, 2,000 hours of direct service, and 100 hours of face-to-face supervision with at least 50 in an individual setting, all verified against 26 V.S.A. § 3265 and the Board of Allied Mental Health Practitioners rules. Vermont says "direct service," not "direct client contact," and the difference is real: consulting another professional about your client counts, so the app uses Vermont's own words everywhere. Two Vermont rules the app shows but doesn't compute, and says so honestly: the never-more-than-30-practice-hours-between-supervision pacing rule, and the five-year recency window anchored to your licensure decision.
The roster gate, stated plainly. Vermont law bars supervised practice in the state until you're entered on the Roster of Nonlicensed and Noncertified Psychotherapists, so Vermont tracks can record your roster entry date: hours logged in Vermont before that date do not count toward licensure, and the app says exactly that.

The suite dashboard.

New signed-in home at /home: one card per module (Graduation, Licensure, Renewal), driven by your module access and each module's availability. Open modules link straight in; coming-soon modules show what's ahead (with a preview link during beta); a locked state with a join path is ready for when access has sources beyond the beta.
Sign-in landing: your first sign-in lands on the dashboard so you meet the suite once; after that, signing in returns you to the module you last used. The dashboard stays one click away on the MyPath wordmark.
The public marketing pages are untouched, and a golden-file check now pins them: scripts/verify-public-surface.mjs verifies the quiet-period matrix and the homepage's rendered content on every run.

BRAND.md: the platform favicon (the SVG at src/app/icon.svg: forest green tile, white Montserrat M, terracotta path dot) is recorded as the official MyPath favicon, with the repo SVG as canonical source. Mirrored to mypathtolicensure and mypathtorenewal per the three-way mirror rule.

Static public surface for Google OAuth branding verification.

The homepage, /privacy, and /terms render fully static with zero Supabase env vars. The homepage's signed-in redirect now runs only when signups are open and Supabase is configured.
Homepage: public header with the MyPath wordmark, and an explicit purpose statement (one account for a counseling career; Licensure live today, Renewal and Graduation coming).
SIGNUPS_DISABLED mode serves exactly the three public pages and refuses everything else, with no Supabase env required.
